NFPA 1936 Compliant and UL Classified Tools
When TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. decided to obtain certification of our hydraulic rescue tools in accordance with NFPA 1936: 2005 Edition, Standard on Powered Rescue Tool Systems there was no question in our minds who we would use as the certification organization: Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL).
We chose UL for three major reasons. First and foremost, UL has been involved extensively, since 1993, in developing safety and performance tests for rescue tools, methods that now serve as guidelines for the national standard (NFPA 1936). Second, UL is an independent, not-for-profit product safety testing and certification organization with more than a century of experience testing products for public safety. Currently, over 17 billion UL Marks appear on products each year. Finally, TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. with its long-standing reputation of building high quality products backed by a high level of customer service will only associate with organizations that maintain these same qualities. UL has a long-standing reputation for the highest standards for quality, integrity and customer service.
How does this impact you as the customer? You can be assured that your equipment was tested by the best in the business. UL will never compromise its standards of testing, nor allow its Mark to be applied on any product that did not comply with all the requirements of a safety or performance investigation. Further, as UL�s commitment to you, the consumer, they require that the manufacturers using their Mark be subject to ongoing inspection and auditing of the certified products as part of their Follow-Up Service program. UL�s Follow-Up Service program, which sets them apart from many of the other third party testing organizations, verifies that the products that bear the Mark continue to be built identical to those products that successfully passed the safety or performance investigation.

The High quality and reliability of TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. tools and parts enables us to offer you the following warranty.
Simply Stated, Should any TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. product purchased from us or an authorized representative fail to preform as originally intended due to wear, workmanship, or even accidental damage, other than abuse, and proper yearly maintenance, return it to us with postage prepaid, and we will either replace or repair it, at our option, for as long as you own it -- no if's and's or but's. This warranty does not apply to engines, lifting bags and lifting bag accessories, which are not manufactured by TNT. (All engines and lifting bags have separate warranties from the manufacturer).
Lifetime warranty also remains in effect when used with other manufacturers equipment!
This warranty is limited to the cost of repair of replacement at the option of TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. of any defective product and shall in no event include incidental or consequential commercial damages of any kind.
This warranty is an exclusive warranty and TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. makes not other warranties of any kind or nature whatsoever, expressed or implied, with respect to the products manufactured, and/or sold by it. TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. specifically disclaims any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. No distributor, agent, employee or representative or TNT Rescue Systems, Inc. may alter this warranty in any way.
